Experience
Vox Media·Content ManagerJun 2019 – Present
Own media operations for Vox’s video and audio brands: archives, post systems, and the workflows those teams depend on, including Vox Media Studios, The Dodo, POPSUGAR, Thrillist, NowThis, New York Magazine, Vulture, The Verge, Vox.com, Eater, SB Nation, Vox Creative, and podcasts including Pivot, Today Explained, The Vergecast, Prof G, Waveform, Decoder, On with Kara Swisher, The Gray Area, and Unexplainable.
Run the specialized production and post stack hundreds of people and dozens of teams rely on, and the budget behind it: on-prem, cloud, and LTO storage, collaboration, file acceleration, high-volume captioning across every brand, and Vox Media Podcast Network’s global distribution platform for the full catalog and hundreds of collaborators.
Designed and ratified the company archive program: policy and visibility in one place, workflows that still fit each team, and studio workflows that put Vox Media Studios and podcast-studio media on the server, ready to edit.
Led post-production support across Vox video: editorial and episodic, commercial and streamer originals, podcasts and YouTube.
